Run research prompts for a virtual summit

A button on a summit record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow marks the research as running and reads the summit details, your brand context and the AI model picked for the summit.

The record's research prompt rollup is split into separate prompts. Each one is wrapped with the summit and brand context and sent to OpenRouter with the chosen model. The reply is cleaned and parsed, then saved as a new record in your research table with the summit name, the research type and the output. Token usage and cost are logged to an AI usage table, and the summit's research status is set to done.
