What it does

A webhook receives the ids of a transcript record, like those the YouTube upload workflows create in Airtable, and sets its AI status to AI Writing... and branches on the video type.

For tutorials it pulls your post templates from Airtable and Claude through OpenRouter writes one post per template from the transcript and your brand context. Each is saved as a To Do text post for X, Threads and Facebook. RenderForm turns each post into an X-style image with random like and repost counts, saved as an image post for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. For AI tool reviews a separate prompt writes text posts for X, Threads, Facebook and LinkedIn. The record is then set to AI Complete.
