Workflown8n
Google Sheets URLs to Airtable without duplicates
Add product URLs to a Google Sheet and each new one is copied into Airtable, skipping URLs already there
Version 1
v1 · First release.14 July 2025
What it does
A Google Sheets trigger watches the URL column of your sheet. When rows are added or changed, the workflow loops over them one at a time.
For each row it searches your Airtable table for a record with the same URL. If one exists, it skips the row. If not, it creates a new record with that URL. This is the first step of a product copy system: the new Airtable records are the list of pages the product page scraper works through, and the export workflow later turns them into a CSV file.
