Section by section blog post writer

An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the record to work on. The workflow reads the record, marks it AI Writing, and builds an outline prompt from the title, SEO keyword, internal and external links, and the cleaned transcript or context.

A model through OpenRouter writes the outline, which is split into sections. Each section is then written in its own call with your brand voice, excluded words and reading grade level from the linked brand record. The sections are joined into one post, saved to the Blogpost Final Version field, and the status is set to AI Complete.
