Create a product idea and audience

This is the first step of the business growth and offer system. You start it from an Airtable button on a product record that holds your product description, what you want to teach, a link to your brand context and the AI model to use.

It sets ai_status to AI Writing, then runs three OpenAI prompts in a row. The first defines your target audience. The second uses that audience to suggest product ideas. The third plans the product's inclusions, such as modules, toolkits or bonuses. All three answers are saved to the record and ai_status changes to AI Complete, ready for the naming and pricing step.
