Both workflows run from buttons on the same episode record in Airtable and show their progress in ai_status. Before you record, Prepare a podcast episode title, questions and intro reads the guest's name and bio and uses the prompts stored with your brand assets to write the episode title, interview questions and an intro script. After recording, add the transcript and run Turn a podcast transcript into content. It splits the prompts in the episode's prompt formula field, runs each through the chosen OpenAI model with the episode and guest context, and saves every result as its own record in your outputs table, tagged with its prompt. You end up with show prep and a batch of content for every episode.
