Prepare a podcast episode title, questions and intro

A button on an episode record in Airtable calls the webhook before you record. The workflow sets ai_status to writing and reads the episode name, the guest's name and bio, and the AI model chosen for the episode.

It runs three prompts with an OpenAI model, each using prompt text stored with your brand assets: one for the episode title, one for the interview questions and one for the intro script. The three results are saved to podcast_title, podcast_questions and podcast_intro_script on the episode, and ai_status is set to complete. After recording, the post-podcast workflow turns the transcript into content.
