Analyze video interviews with Gemini
Upload a candidate's interview video to Airtable and get a transcript, tone, confidence score, feedback and key moments back on the record

What it does
A webhook starts it from a button on an Airtable record, passing the base, table and record. It sets the record's Status to Analyzing, downloads the interview video from the Video file field and uploads it to Gemini.
After a short wait, a Gemini model watches the video and returns a summary, overall tone, energy level, a confidence score from 0 to 100, a timestamped transcript with speakers, feedback for the candidate and a next step for the recruiter. These are written back to the record with Status set to Analyzed. Each key moment (timestamp, label, quote, importance and sentiment) becomes its own row in a linked moments table.
