What it does
A button on a session record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow sets the infographic status to AI Writing and sends a model the speaker's name, the cleaned transcript and your brand colors, asking for an image prompt for a detailed, white-background infographic built from diagrams, arrows, boxes and short captions.
It cleans the prompt, builds a request in the format the chosen text-to-image model expects (such as image size or aspect ratio), and sends it to Fal.ai. Once the image is ready it creates a creatives record with the image attached, linked to the session and brand, and sets the session to AI Complete. Failures set it to ERROR. Costs are logged to an AI usage table.
