Instagram carousels from a session transcript

A button on a session record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow sets it to AI Writing and repeats once for each carousel you asked for on the record.

Each time, a model reads the transcript and picks one 50 to 110 second clip, writes three headline options and a caption. A second step writes image prompts from your training slide, and a Fal.ai image edit model makes the title slides and CTA slide with the speaker's headshot, polling until each is ready. The workflow creates a record in your carousel table with the caption, clip details, headlines and slides, linked to the session, then marks the session AI Complete. Use the regenerate workflow to redo any slide.
