Write speaker emails for a summit session

Press a button on a session in Airtable and get one speaker email draft per prompt in your prompt library, saved as content rows

Version 1

Updated 5 May 2026
v1 · First release.5 May 2026
The Write speaker emails for a summit session workflow on the n8n canvas

What it does

A webhook starts it, usually from a button on a session in your Airtable Sessions table. It reads the session, marks its speaker email status as AI Writing, and pulls the speaker email prompts linked from your prompt library.

For each prompt, an OpenAI model writes an email to the speaker using your brand context, the summit name, the guest's name, title and bio, and the session topic and description. Each draft lands in your content values table as a To Do row of type Speaker Emails, linked back to the session. Usage goes to an AI usage table and the status changes to AI Complete. The Send speaker email workflow sends the one you pick.
