Write social media posts for a summit session

A webhook starts it from a session record in Airtable. It marks the session's social media posts status as AI Writing and reads the social media prompts linked from your prompt library, splitting them into one item per post to write.

For each post, an OpenAI model with web search writes the copy from your brand context, the summit name and the session details. Each post is saved to your content values table as a To Do row of type Session Social Media, linked back to the session. Token use and cost are logged to an AI usage table, and the session status changes to AI Complete.
