Create GoHighLevel tags from an Airtable list

List tags on an event record in Airtable, click a button, and get each missing tag created in GoHighLevel and logged in Airtable

Version 1

Updated 15 Jan 2026
v1 · First release.15 Jan 2026
The Create GoHighLevel tags from an Airtable list workflow on the n8n canvas

What it does

A button on your event record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow fetches the tags that already exist in your GoHighLevel location, then reads the record and marks it In Progress.

It splits the tags listed in the record's text field into one per line, removes duplicates, and keeps only the ones GoHighLevel does not have yet. Each new tag is created in GoHighLevel and logged as a row in an Airtable tags table, linked to the event. When the loop finishes the record is set to Ready To Approve.
