Find and enrich resources from a transcript

A webhook starts it from a session record in Airtable. It marks the resources status as AI Writing and passes the speaker's name and the cleaned transcript to an OpenAI model, which lists the resources mentioned: tools and software, products, books, free downloads and similar.

A second model call uses web search to enrich that list with each resource's website, the context it came up in, a short description and the timestamp. Each resource becomes a To Do row in your session resources table, linked to the session. Token use and cost for both calls are logged, and the session status changes to AI Complete.
