What it does
A button on a session record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow sets the email status to AI Writing and sends a model your brand context, the session title, the host, the YouTube links and the transcript.
The model writes a short HTML email: a hook, an intro with the link, three things viewers will learn and a final call to action with a mobile app link. The workflow strips any code fences, creates the email in GoHighLevel from your template and folder, then saves the GoHighLevel email ID to the record and marks it AI Complete. Errors set the status to Error, and token use is logged to an AI usage table.
