Regenerate carousel title, CTA or headshot

A button on a carousel record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow sets the record to AI Writing, reads the linked session, and branches on a single-select field that says what to change.

Change the Title Slides has a model write fresh image prompts from the training image and generates new title slides. Change the CTA Slide does the same for the call to action slide. Replace the Headshot takes the existing title slides and swaps in the speaker's cutout headshot without changing anything else. Each image is made with a Fal.ai image edit model, polled until done, and saved back to the record with the status set to To Do. Usage and cost are logged.
