Session cheat sheet notes as an HTML file

A button on a session record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow sets the notes status to AI Writing Notes and sends a model your brand guidelines, your audience research and the timestamped transcript.

The model writes cheat sheet notes in HTML under set section headings, using only what was said in the session and giving each point a timestamp and enough context to stand alone. The workflow saves the HTML as a file in Google Drive, shares it, attaches it to the Airtable record, then deletes the Drive copy. The status is set to AI Complete and token use is logged to an AI usage table.
