Post carousels to the GoHighLevel social planner

Two webhooks start this workflow from a post record in Airtable. Both read the post and its brand record, which holds your GoHighLevel location, user and account IDs and a schedule time offset.

The first sends the hero slide, video clips and CTA slide links straight to GoHighLevel as an Instagram post. The second downloads each file, uploads it to your GoHighLevel media library, and posts to every platform picked on the record: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or Google Business. With a schedule date the post is scheduled, otherwise it is saved as a draft, and the record is marked Uploaded / Scheduled. A manual run lists your connected social accounts so you can copy their IDs.
