Find a speaker's social media profiles

A webhook starts it from a contact record in Airtable. It marks the record as AI Writing and builds a research prompt from the person's name, title, company and bio.

Six OpenAI calls with web search run one after another, each looking for a single profile: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok. A code step cleans the returned links so each one is a tidy profile address or left blank. The six links are written to the record's social fields, the status changes to AI Complete and a review field is set to Not Yet Checked so you can confirm them. Token use and cost for each call are logged.
