Google Drive folders for a new event

A button on your event record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow reads the record and sets its Google Drive status to In Progress.

It creates a main folder in Google Drive named from the record's sequence number and name, then adds three subfolders inside it: Speakers, Resources and Others. Finally it writes the ID and link of the main folder and each subfolder back to the Airtable record and sets the status to Ready To Approve.
