Rewrite a speaker bio in your brand voice

A button on a contact record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow reads the contact, marks it as in progress, and sends the model linked on the record the speaker's name and existing bio.

The model restructures the bio into at most two paragraphs of two short to medium sentences, written at a simple reading level, keeping the speaker's own facts and adding no new claims. The new bio replaces the old one on the record and the rewrite status is set to AI Complete. Token use and cost are logged to an AI usage table.
