Remove the background from speaker headshots

A webhook starts it from a contact record in Airtable. It sets the image status to In Progress and sends the original headshot to the Fal.ai background removal model linked to the record.

The workflow waits, checks the job status and loops until it completes, stopping if the job fails. The cutout image is saved to the cutout_speaker_headshot field and the status changes to Done. The cost of the image is logged to an AI usage table. The thumbnail and social graphics workflows use this cutout.
