Offer descriptions from linked resources

A button on an offer record in Airtable calls the webhook. The workflow reads the record and sets its description status to AI Writing.

It sends the model linked on the record your brand context, the offer name and the details of every resource included in the offer, and asks for a short overview description of two to three sentences with no labels or headings. The text is saved to the record's offer description field and the status is set to AI Complete. If the model call fails the status is set to Error. Token use is logged to an AI usage table.
