The Upload a session eBook to Google Drive workflow on the n8n canvas

What it does

A webhook starts it with a POST request that carries the base, table and record IDs. The workflow reads the record from Airtable and downloads the file in its file_final_ebook_generated attachment field.

The file is uploaded to the Google Drive folder you choose, keeping its original file name. The Drive download link is then written to the ebook_gdrive_link field on the same record, where the WordPress hub workflow can pick it up as the action guide link.
