Send the session email to a speaker
Send a session from Airtable and email the speaker your approved subject and body from Gmail, then mark the record as sent

What it does
A webhook starts it from a session record in Airtable. It sets the speaker email status to Email Sending and reads the email headline and body text stored on the session.
A code step turns the plain text body into simple HTML, escaping special characters and turning web addresses into links. Gmail then sends it to the speaker's email address from the linked contact record, with the headline as the subject. The status changes to Complete / Idle when it is sent, or to Error if sending fails. Pair it with the Write speaker emails workflow, which drafts the copy.
