Regenerate one character video clip

Part of the AI character reel system. Use it when one clip from the video assets step needs another take. An Airtable button on a generated asset record calls the webhook, and the workflow marks the record as in progress and the old clip as Not Approved.

It turns the line into speech with the character's ElevenLabs voice, uploads the audio to Cloudinary, and sends the character image and audio to the Kling AI avatar model on fal.ai with a prompt that has the character glance left and right as if talking to others. When the clip is ready it saves the new video, file name and duration to the record and sets the status back to To Do.
