Error logger for an AI character video system

This is an error workflow: you set it as the error workflow on the parts of an AI character video reel system, and n8n runs it when one of them fails. It saves the error message, stack, last node, mode and execution link to an Airtable errors table, then fetches the failed execution.

A switch checks which part failed (character image, AI voice, video assets, new chapter or music) and reads the record that run was working on, using the base and table ids its webhook received. It sets that record's status to Error, or marks the music record for the music step, and opens a ClickUp task with the error message and link so you can fix it.
