Animate a property photo with Runway

A button on a row in the Transposed Images table calls the webhook with the record and the camera move you want, such as a slow push in. The workflow sets the row's Animation Status to running.

An OpenAI vision model looks at the photo and writes a one-sentence animation prompt for that gimbal move. The photo and prompt go to Runway's image to video API, using the property's aspect ratio. The workflow checks every 30 seconds until the task succeeds, then saves the clip to the Animated Image field and marks the animation complete. The ad video workflow picks up these clips.
