Score and order property photos for an ad

A button on a property record in Airtable starts this workflow. It takes the listing's uploaded photos and creates one row per photo in a Transposed Images table.

An OpenAI vision model then rates each photo for short-form real estate ads: interior or exterior, room or space type, a description, a score and the reason for it. Another step splits the property description into short phrases of 35 characters or less for the ad's text slides. Finally, a model picks the best 8 photos, 4 interiors to animate and 4 exteriors to keep still, one per space type, and writes their order back to each row. The animation and ad video workflows use that order.
