Blog post from a transcript in Airtable

An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the content record. The workflow reads it and marks it AI Writing.

One call to an OpenAI model then writes the post. The prompt combines your brand voice, excluded words and reading grade level with the cleaned transcript, your SEO keywords, internal and external links, and the blog post template linked from your prompt library, in the language set on your brand record. The finished post is saved to the Blogpost Final Version field and the status is set to AI Complete.
