Social posts from a transcript and prompt library

An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the content record. The workflow reads it, marks it AI Writing, and splits the prompt templates linked from your prompt library into separate prompts.

Each prompt goes to an OpenAI model together with the cleaned transcript and your brand voice, excluded words and reading grade level. The model returns posts as structured data, which the workflow tidies and saves as new records in your output table with Final Content, Copy ID, Prompt Type and Product Type, linked back to the content record. The content record is then set to AI Complete.
