The Google Meet transcript to calendar to-dos workflow on the n8n canvas

What it does

A schedule trigger checks Google Calendar for your meetings. For each one it shares the attached Meet file with every attendee, then fetches the transcript Google Doc and pulls out its text.

An OpenAI model reads the transcript and lists the tasks for one named person, each with a description, an estimated time, and start and due dates. Tasks default to tomorrow, without overlapping times, and unclear items are grouped into one catch-all task. Each task is then added as a Google Calendar event or, through the If step, as a ClickUp task.
