Apollo leads to personalized cold emails

A simple n8n form asks for an Apollo search URL. An Apify actor scrapes up to 500 leads from it, with work and personal emails, and appends them to Google Sheets.

Rows marked FILL in the Icebreaker column are looped one at a time. An OpenAI model writes a short, friendly icebreaker from each lead's name, title, company, city, industry and brand keywords, and the sheet is updated. When the loop ends, the leads are added to your Instantly campaign with the icebreaker as the personalization field.
