Summit speaker application to Airtable and ClickUp

A webhook receives a Gravity Forms submission from a speaker who wants to join your virtual summit. The form data is mapped to Airtable fields, and a Dropbox headshot link is changed to a direct download link.

The workflow looks for the contact by name and email, then updates them or creates a new contact. An OpenAI model turns their topic, notes and promotion answer into a short session title and description. A session record is created and linked to the summit, and a ClickUp task reminds you to schedule the interview.
