Your account

• Accounts are free. Browsing needs no account; opening, downloading and using resources does.
• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Give us a real name and an email you can receive mail at.

The Deals pass

The Deals pass is a one-off payment that lets you claim the codes in the Deals vault for 12 months from the day you pay. It is not a subscription and nothing renews on its own. The price is shown before you pay, in the currency shown, and payment is taken by Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Deals from other companies

The deals in the vault are offered by other companies and reach us through our partner, Secret. The company behind each deal decides its terms, can change or end it at any time, and is responsible for its product. We check deals before they appear, but we cannot promise that a vendor will honour a code or that its product suits you.

Community rules

In the forum, requests, reviews and anywhere else you can post, do not:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent material;
• post spam, advertising nobody asked for, or links to malware;
• post anything illegal, or anything that is not yours to share;
• pretend to be someone else;
• share members-only files, codes or prompts publicly, or resell them;
• scrape the hub, or try to get around sign-in, limits or security.

Tell us about anything that breaks these rules through Support or at hello@bigmoves.ai. We may remove posts and suspend or close accounts that break them.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, show and share it inside the hub, and to quote it on our own channels with your name. If you close your account, your posts stay under “Former member” so threads still make sense, unless you ask us to remove them.

Our content and the resources

The videos, guides, checklists, prompt packs, workflows, mock-ups and other resources belong to BigMoves Pty Ltd or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them in your own business and for your clients’ businesses, and change them as you need. You may not resell them, republish them as your own resource, or share the files outside the hub.

AI tools

The AI tools open in your own ChatGPT or Claude account, under that provider’s terms. We do not see what they produce. AI output can be wrong: check it before you rely on it. Nothing in the hub is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

How we make money

The hub is free because of the Deals pass, our paid services, and partners. Some links to tools are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you, and they are marked “affiliate link”. We may also earn from deals claimed in the vault. We only recommend tools we use or would use.

Results vary

Videos, case studies and reviews show what happened for those people and businesses. They are not a promise that you will save the same time or earn the same money. Your results depend on your business and the work you put in.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something in the hub uses your work without permission, email hello@bigmoves.ai with your name and contact details, the work, where it appears in the hub, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We will remove material that infringes, and close the accounts of people who do it again.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from Account, under Manage profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or close the hub or part of it with reasonable notice. If we close the Deals vault while your pass is running for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of your pass.

Liability

The hub and its resources are provided as they are. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigMoves Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the hub, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law of where you live, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for a change that matters to members we will also tell you in the hub or by email. Using the hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
