Webinar emails, ads and slide code

This is the third step of the webinar system. An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the webinar record, and the workflow marks it AI Writing.

Several OpenAI calls then run side by side, each with your brand context and webinar details. One writes a series of invite emails with a send schedule. One writes a 5 to 7 email follow-up sequence. One writes ad copy, social posts and a short promo video script. A last one writes VBA code to build the slides in Apple Keynote or PowerPoint, depending on the record's slide type. Each result is saved to your outputs table, and the webinar is set to AI Complete, or ERROR if a step fails.
