Revise a webinar outline from your notes

This workflow edits an outline you already have. An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the webinar record, and the workflow marks it AI Writing.

An OpenAI model reads your approved outline and the changes you wrote in the revisions field, along with your brand context and webinar details. It makes a copy of the outline with every requested change worked in. The revised version is saved as a new record in your outputs table, linked to the webinar, and the webinar is set to AI Complete, or ERROR if the model step fails. You can run it as many times as you need.
