Webinar outline with audience critique

This is the second step of the webinar system, after the research workflow. An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the webinar record, and the workflow marks it AI Writing.

An OpenAI model writes a 40 to 50 minute presentation outline from your topic, target audience, learning outcomes and brand context, with a hook, overview and sections. The outline is saved as a record in your outputs table. A second call then plays your audience avatar, reviews the outline and points out gaps and confusing parts. That feedback is saved as another output record, and the webinar is set to AI Complete, or ERROR if a step fails.
