Full project plan with dates and time slots

This is the second step after the first draft plan. An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the project record, and the workflow marks it AI Writing.

An OpenAI model combines the draft in AI Output (Project Plan) with the team roles on the project and schedules every step between the Start Date and Deadline Date. It assigns due dates, writes what each person needs to do, and keeps time slots in a sensible order. It follows the example layout and language from your brand record. The result is saved to the (AI Output) Final Project Plan field with the status AI Complete, ready for the task assignment workflow.
