First draft project plan from an idea

An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the project record. The workflow reads it and sets AI Status to AI Writing.

An OpenAI model then writes the plan. It gets your brand details, the project name, description, hypothesis, extra context or meeting transcript, the business pillar and the team on the project, plus your own plan prompt template from the record. It is told to list the next steps and who does each one, without adding anything you did not give it. The plan is saved to the AI Output (Project Plan) field and the status is set to AI Complete. The full plan workflow picks it up from there.
