Split a project plan into assigned tasks

This is the third step after the full project plan. An Airtable button or automation calls the webhook with the project record, and the workflow sets Task Distribution Status to Distribution in Progress.

It loads your team members table, with each person's name and responsibilities, and sends that list, the project details and the approved final plan to an OpenAI model. The model breaks the plan into tasks with a name, start date, due date, assignee and description. Each task is created in your tasks table as Todo, linked to the person and the project, and the project is marked Tasks Created.
