Google Meet call to an Airtable project

A schedule runs every hour and checks your Google Calendar for events in the last hour that have a Google Meet link. For each one, it shares the recording with the attendees and reads the transcript from the Google Doc attached to the event.

An OpenAI model then writes a project title, a short description, a hypothesis for why the project matters, and start and end dates, and picks team members from your Airtable team table based on their responsibilities. The workflow creates a new project record with all of this plus the transcript and recording link, then emails the meeting organizer through Gmail that it is ready for planning.
