Sync FAQs table to ElevenLabs knowledge

An Airtable trigger checks your FAQs table every minute for changed records. When something changes, the workflow finds the old faqs.txt document in your ElevenLabs knowledge base and deletes it.

It then reads every record's Question and Answer, turns them into one text file and uploads it as the new faqs.txt. Finally it reads your agent's current knowledge base list, adds the new document and updates the agent, so your voice agent answers from the latest version of the table. The Create FAQs workflow adds new questions to this table, and a sibling workflow does the same sync for your automations table.
