Sync automations list to ElevenLabs knowledge

An Airtable trigger checks your automations table every minute for changed records. When something changes, the workflow finds the old automations_built.txt document in your ElevenLabs knowledge base and deletes it.

It then reads every record's name, description and what it does, turns them into one text file and uploads it as the new automations_built.txt. Finally it reads your agent's current knowledge base list, adds the new document and updates the agent, so your voice agent answers from the latest version of the table. A sibling workflow does the same for your FAQs table.
